Kaleidoscope is an initiative that was created to empower cancer survivors and their loved ones to celebrate life in living color. Kaleidoscope connects caregivers and families of cancer survivors to resources and tools to help them support their loved ones. The Kaleidoscope mission is to provide cancer survivors with inspiration, information, and resources to help them thrive, live life to its fullest, and feel empowered as they navigate their journey of survivorship.

We hope that Kaleidoscope can serve as a resource to your patients and their families as you navigate these discussions of cancer and survivorship.
